Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is comprised of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his adolescence buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), consisting of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their tune, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) simply by his LiveJournal webpage. Impressed through the band, Wentz in my view met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band released their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which may debut at #112 at the kpop albums online Billboard 2 hundred album charts.
